What support covers

We help with our own plugin: how it works, bugs in it, licensing, and billing. If something in the plugin is broken, we want to know — send the exact error and what you did just before it.

What we can't cover: problems coming from your theme, your host, other plugins, or custom code on your site. Those need someone with access to your site — your developer or your host's support team is far better placed to help than we are.

Paid plans are looked at first. Free users are welcome to open tickets — we just get to them after paid customers.
